How does Antalion work?
Post your pickup and drop-off, date and passenger count. Licensed drivers see your route and submit competing offers — you choose the one you like best based on price, vehicle and rating.
How fast do offers arrive?
Most requests get their first offer within minutes, and the whole auction resolves within 24 hours at the latest.
Are drivers licensed?
Yes. Every driver is verified — license, vehicle registration and transport permit are checked before they can bid.
How do I meet my driver at the airport?
Once you accept an offer, you get your driver's name, vehicle and a PNR code. All coordination happens through in-app messaging, so you'll agree on the exact meeting point before you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when you book — your driver tracks it and adjusts the pickup time automatically, at no extra cost.
When do I pay?
When you accept an offer, Antalion collects no payment from you; after acceptance, all payment and responsibility belong to the company. You arrange the payment terms directly with the company through the chat that opens after acceptance.
Why do I pay Antalion and not the driver directly?
In this mode Antalion collects no payment and charges no commission — it serves as the platform where you gather offers, compare companies and manage everything in one place. Payment and responsibility are between you and the company.
What happens if the driver doesn't show up?
If your driver can't make it, we find you a replacement at the same price and you're never charged extra. If an issue was caused by the driver, your payment is refunded.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes — cancel up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancelling within 48 hours of pickup isn't refundable.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes — choose an infant carrier, an adjustable seat or a booster seat when you build your request.
Can I travel with large luggage?
Yes — tell us your luggage count when you request a transfer and drivers will offer vehicles that fit it.
Can I choose the vehicle and driver?
Yes — every offer shows the driver's vehicle, rating and price, so you pick the one that suits you best.
What is Antalion?
Antalion is a marketplace platform that connects passengers with licensed transport companies. All transfers are operated by approved licensed partners — Antalion is not a travel agency.
What is priority matching?
Requests posted well ahead of pickup — at least 24 hours in Antalya's peak season — give drivers more time to see and bid on your route, so you typically get matched sooner.
