Terms of Sale — Tours

All Terms of Sale

This agreement sets out the relationship between a guest booking a tour

through the Antalion platform and the independent, licensed tour company

operating that tour. (Template text — the final legal text should not be published before review by qualified counsel.)

1. Parties and the Role of the Platform

Antalion is a marketplace/software platform, not a tour operator or

travel agency. The tour contract is formed directly between the guest and

the tour company. That company holds the required agency/professional

licences and is responsible for operating the tour, including transport,

guiding and insurance.

2. Booking, Capacity and Departure

Tours run on published dates and departure times with a limited capacity.

A place is reserved only once payment is completed; an unpaid booking

does not reduce capacity and does not guarantee a place. The departure

time and pickup arrangements stated at booking are binding on both

parties.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are per person, in the currency shown at booking, and may differ

for adults, children and infants as stated on the tour page. Extras

selected at booking are added to the total. Payment is collected in full

online through Antalion's payment infrastructure (iyzico) and held until

the tour is completed. Anything not listed as included — such as meals,

entrance fees or personal expenses — is not included.

4. What Is Included

The tour page states what is included and excluded. Where hotel pickup is

included, the guest must be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed

time; the operator is not obliged to wait beyond a reasonable period, and

a guest who misses the departure is treated as a no-show.

5. Cancellation by the Guest

The guest may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours or more before the

departure time and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48

hours before departure, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund,

unless the tour page states a more generous rule for that tour.

6. Cancellation by the Operator

The operator may cancel a departure for reasons of weather, safety,

insufficient participation or a decision of a public authority. In that

case the guest is offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Health, Safety and Suitability

The guest is responsible for assessing whether the tour is suitable for

their health condition, mobility, age and — where relevant — swimming

ability, and for declaring any condition the operator asks about. The

operator's safety instructions must be followed and the operator may

refuse participation where safety requires it.

8. Completion and Release of Payment

After the tour is completed, Antalion deducts its commission and releases

the remaining amount to the operator, subject to the same confirmation/

objection window that applies across the platform.

9. Distance-Contract / Right-of-Withdrawal Exception

Leisure services to be provided on a specific date are among the

recognised exceptions to statutory rights of withdrawal for distance

contracts; cancellation and refund rights are governed solely by

Sections 5 and 6 above.

Intellectual Property

The Antalion brand, logo, website and platform software belong to

Antalion; they may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial

purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Antalion's liability arising from this agreement is limited to the

commission amount collected for the booking in question. Antalion is not

liable for the actual performance of the service, for indirect damages,

loss of profit, or for failure to achieve an expected saving.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations due to

circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disaster,

epidemic, war, act of terrorism, strike, or decisions of public

authorities; in such cases the booking may be cancelled by mutual

agreement and any payment made is refunded.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the

courts and enforcement offices of Antalya, Türkiye have jurisdiction over

any dispute. Consumers resident in the European Union may, if they wish,

also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform

(ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, that does not affect

the validity of the remaining provisions.
